Mr. Moradeyo Akinkunmi Sakeeb

My name is MORADEYO AKINKUNMI SAKEEB, graduated from The POLYTECHNICS IBADAN, Sign Arts by profession , am married and blessed with children. I was born and raised in Ibadan. I like to help people and contribute to my community and also put the interest of development of my town as major goals.

Mr. Ife Akintunde

Ife Akintunde is a proud indigene of Ibadan. He is from the Aboyade family of Oranyan and his village is Oloode village in Akinyele local government. He was born and raised in Ibadan and he attended Loyola College, Ibadan for his secondary education.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Nigeria and later pursued postgraduate studies in Public Relations and Corporate Communications in Canada.
Professionally, Ife has built a robust career in Nigeria and Canada’s banking and post-secondary education sectors. He has worked with Access bank Nigeria, TD, BMO and RBC banks in Canada, Sault College, and the University of Toronto.
He is the founder and Principal Consultant at PRAIT Consulting, a forward-thinking firm specializing in international student recruitment, education consulting, business strategy, and brand development.
Ife is an accomplished public speaker who has been invited to address major conferences and youth events across Canada. Notably, he served as the keynote speaker at the 2017 Sault College Fall Convocation and was a featured speaker at the Youth the Soo event, which drew an audience of over 5,000 young people.
He is a proud member of both the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and remains committed to empowering individuals and institutions through innovative solutions and cross-cultural engagement.
Ife was the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the 2016 Canadian Public Relations Society Student Award of Excellence, presented at the World Public Relations Conference. He was also honoured with the 2017 Sault Ste. Marie Local Immigration Partnership International Student of the Year Award, the ACCANO Community Champion Award, and the Sault College Northern Light Employee Award.

My name is Bolanle Monsurat Adeyemi I am married with two kids
I attended The polytechnic Ibadan and Lagos State university where I studied business Administration respectively
I became part of IDDU in 2025 after attending their picnic and see the way they gave back to people without discrimination which is one of my Goals
Am a goal getter who believes you achieve anything you wish to as long as you are determined to do so .

Alhaji Taiwo Akere Azeez

I am a proud son of Ibadan. I am married with three children and a proud graduate of University of Ibadan. I am always searching for ways to give back to my community at home and in the diaspora. I enjoy soccer and spending time with my family. My quest for knowledge is unquenchable. I credit Ibadan with making me into the man I am today; one full of character and integrity.

Mrs. Risikat Oladipo

My name is Risikat Oladipo. I am married and blessed with 4 wonderful kids ( 2 boys and 2 girls). I work as a support professional, a fashion designer , and a master of ceremony. I have been with IDDU since 2019. I like reading and traveling, and I also like to participate in community activities. I am a proud Ibadan indigene.

Dr. Adebola Fagbola

Dr. Adebola Fagbola is the current Vice President of IDDU, she studied Medicine at Obafemi Awolowo University, and she is also a licensed medical practitioner in Canada. She is a highly skilled and experienced medical doctor with over a decade of experience. She is known for her exceptional medical expertise and compassionate patient care.
Doctor Adebola Fagbola became a very active member of IDDU during the COVID-19 pandemic period after she noticed the palliative program provided by the association to Ibadan indigenes and regular support given to orphanage homes in Ibadan.

Mrs. Mojisola Adetona

My name is Mojisola A. Adetona, and I proudly call Ibadan my home, hailing from Lalupon , jooda village in Lagelu Local Government. “I grew up in Elekuro, Modina, at Ile Baba Olopa J.O. Fatunbi.” I am blessed with a loving family and wonderful children.
I am passionate about giving back and dedicating my time to uplifting people and strengthening communities. In my free moments,
I enjoy music and simply having fun and driven by my deep love for my community and Nigeria . I joined Homesfirst Org in Canada as a community service worker, where I have the privilege of providing meaningful support to individuals and families, helping to make a real difference in their lives. lives. My name is Gbenga David Akinrinola,a native of Ibadan from Otun-Olode village via Akobo-Ojurin, Lagelu local government. I am married and blessed with kids. Am a social worker by profession and an active member of IDDU since 2022. I like playing soccer, watching football and spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy using my spare time to help and serve the community. I am proud to be lbadan Indigene.

My name is Ayo Olarinde, I was born and raised in Ibadan. I am the current President of this organization. I am married and blessed with children. I worked with United Bank for Africa for 10years, later migrated to Canada in 1992. I have passion for helping less privileged people in my community here in Canada and Nigeria, Most especially Ibadan indigenes. I have interest in table tennis and indoor games.

Alhaja Toyosi

Mrs. Toyosi is a professional accountant blessed with three beautiful children. She is a native of Ibadanland, born and raised at Oja-Oba, Ile Akinjobi. She likes to contribute her time to the advancement of humanity and community at large. In her spare time, she likes reading, listening to audio books, dancing and having fun while looking for ways to make her interaction with people positive and memorable at every encounter.

Mr. Rasaq Olagoke Makinde

Ex General Secretary

Mr. Rasaq Makinde is an IT professional in business field. He was born and raised in Ibadan, and married with three children. He is a graduate of University of Ibadan, and proceed to learn IT in George Brown College and Ryerson University.

His skills and experience have helped to move IDDU to greater level.
